Each list has buttons at the bottom. To see an example of this, look at the Task List on
your dashboard. See this FAQ for how to show the Dashboard if you can't find it, and this FAQ for adding the Task List widget to the Dashboard.

The buttons from left to right are:
![]() |
First Page | Will take you to the first page of items if there are more items in the list than can be shown. |
![]() |
Previous Page | Takes you to the previous page of items if there are more items in the list than can be shown and you are not on the first page. |
![]() |
Select Page | You can use this to give an actual page number to navigate to. The left value is the page you are on (which you can change) and the right value tells you how many pages there are. So if it says 2/4 then you are on page 2 of a 4 page list. |
![]() |
Next Page | Takes you to the next page of items if there are more items in the list than can be shown and you are not on the last page. |
![]() |
Last Page |
Will take you to the last page of items if there are more items in the list than can be shown. |
![]() |
Refresh | Force the list contents to be updated. |
![]() |
Download | Allows you to download the contents of the list to your computer. The download is in a text format that can be loaded into Excel (csv). |
![]() |
Reset Grid Settings | Reset the grid to the default layout. |
![]() |
Save Grid Settings | Save your current grid settings so it will always open using those settings. Pressing the Reset Grid Settings button will reset the grid settings back to the default. |
![]() |
Number of items per page |
Shows the number of items that can be displayed per page and also the total number of items to be shown. The left value represents the maximum number of items that can be shown on a page which can be changed by clicking on it and selecting a different number. By default it is set to "Auto" meaning that AgencyMate will decide. The right value represents the total number of items that are in the list. So, "Show 50 of 267" shows at most 50 records out of a total of 267 on one page. This means there will be 6 pages of items. |
