How to "reset" my browser

Some  issues can not be resolved by doing a Hard Reload (CTRL + F5) or restarting your browser.  These issues can generally be resolved by clearing the browser cache - also referred to as "resetting" your browser.

Google Chrome

1. Click the 3 dots  in the upper right corner of the browser.
2. Hover over the More Tools option then click Clear Browsing Data...
3. Choose All Time  time frame in the "Time range" field.
4. Select the items you want to clear (e.g., Browsing history, Download history, Cached images and files, Cookies and other site data) - we recommend keeping Passwords and other sign-in data unchecked.
5. Click Clear Browsing Data.

Microsoft Edge

1. Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the browser.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Navigate to Privacy, search, and services.
4. Under Clear Browsing Data click Choose What To Clear.
5. Select the items you wish to clear (e.g., Browsing History, Cookies and Saves Website Date, Cached Data and Files, Downloaded History and Form Data)- we recommend keeping Passwords unchecked.
6. Click Clear.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Click the hamburger menu in the upper right corner of the browser.
2. Click Preferences (Mac) or Options (PC).
3. Click Privacy in the left menu bar.
4. Click Clear Your Recent History.
5. From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.
6. Click the down arrow next to "Details" to choose which elements of the history to clear.
7. Select Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, Cache and Active Logins
8. Click Clear Now.

Apple Safari

1. Click the Safari menu, then Clear History...
2. In the Clear field choose All History
3. Click Clear History.
